Penny Echan, a local Realtor specialist in the Lake Tahoe area, like many Tahoe residents, was drawn to the area because of her love for outdoor sports.  Being a 45 year  whitewater rafter, kayaker, and downhill skier,  she appreciates all the activities the Lake Tahoe area has to offer.

Having been recognized as a Lake Tahoe specialist, Penny Echan has been selling real estate since 1983, and has been a Broker-salesman the entire time. She specializes in Lake Tahoe, Incline Village, Minden, Gardnerville, and Carson City.

Penny not only sells real estate, but she also buys multiple properties herself, fixes them up, and resells them in a timely manner.  In the last 12 years she has bought over 70 properties.  Penny strongly  believes that real estate  is one of the safest avenues for investing your money.

Penny Echan also strongly believes in giving back to the community.  Having joined Rotary International over 10 years ago, she has constantly been a major contributor in both time and money, to the many diversified activities Rotary takes on each year.
